General order policy


Upon making your order, please do provide an email address where we can reach you if required. Please make sure you enter it correctly. This is where we will send you your order confirmation, payment receipt and information on how to track your order status. If you need to make a correction please email us [email protected]

We process and post your order within 1-3 working days of you making your order. Local holidays apply.

All online discount offers are for personal use customers only.

If you order a large quantity of items in our online shop, we will contact you before processing your order. Decisions on large quantities are subjective to individual cases.

 Your payment

For the billing address, please enter the address the bank card was registered for, if you intend to make the payment with a bank card. This is to make sure that your bank accepts your payment.

You have several options to make your payment. At the order checkout our website will direct you through secure payment gateways where you can pay:

  • with credit card, debit card (only if issued in India), Internet banking (for Indian banks only), PayTM, RuPay, UPI, etc. through razor pay

Your order confirmation / invoice

 

Once you have completed your payment, you will receive an order confirmation to the email id you provided when making your order. Please check if the details are correct. For corrections, email us to [email protected] * If you did not receive any email from us, please do also check your spam-mail just in case. If it is not there either, then it is possible that you made a typing mistake when you entered your email id into our system. Please contact us at [email protected]

You will receive a payment confirmation directly from the payment gateway you chose: If you pay via razor pay, you will receive a payment confirmation directly from razor pay to the email account you have provided to them. Please do also check your spam-mail just in case.

To support eco-friendly purposes, we do not include a printed invoice in your shipment.

Cancelling or changing your order before shipment.

You can cancel or change your order if you contact us before it is shipped. Email us to [email protected], stating the reason. Refund processes and time depend on the banking method you chose.

Incorrect address policy

You are responsible for making sure that you provide an accurate shipping address when you make your order in the online shop. This is the address we will use to post your order. In case you notice that the shipping address you provided is incorrect, i.e. when you review your order confirmation email, please contact us immediately at +91 7200070700

In case your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, we can repost it at your expense. Reshipment is only available once your parcel has been returned to us.

Shipping and delivery policy

 Shipment

Orders are mailed in  environment-friendly carton envelopes or plain shipping boxes, depending on the size of your order, and with REBOOT-U’s return address noted on the item.

Orders are mailed through India Post Service  or THE PROFESSIONAL COURIERS to all destinations in your name. This means that upon making your order you are aware of this and you agree that liability for your parcel (i.e. for delay or loss) lies with the Post Service from the moment it is handed over to them. You can support the smooth arrival by tracking your parcel yourself regularly.

 Lost package policy

In case after 18 days you have not received your order, please:
  1. track your parcel online, and
  2. check with your local post office and neighbors to locate it, maybe it was delivered in your absence,
  3. do feel free to get in touch with us.

Parcels are considered lost if they don’t reach within 21 working days after shipment. If that is the case, please contact us regarding your order at +91 7200070700

To run our online shop we, REBOOT-U, use 2 different service providers. WooCommerce is the platform on which the eshop runs while RAZOR PAY ia the payment gateways. Those service providers won’t use your personal data after your purchase with us.
